MORNING SESSION

This breakout session inspires us to rethink how we work with people who are different from us to create meaningful change in our communities. Building partnerships with influential women and men, elected officials, police officers, church leaders, school officials, business owners, corporate leaders, community leaders, and activists is essential to creating a blueprint for inclusion. We cannot pursue change in isolation. God is calling us to rise in this moment, speak for those who cannot speak for themselves, and defend the oppressed. As we strengthen community partnerships, we can encourage leaders to confront inequities affecting women and work toward lasting change. Together, we must amplify our voices and welcome true allies to advance inclusion in every area of life. Change starts with us all!

This breakout session is designed to inspire us to mentor young girls and young women and help prepare them to face life’s challenges. Learn how God calls women to shape young minds, instill hope, and encourage the next generation to pursue their dreams. You will be challenged to help the younger generation to think beyond their current circumstances and see the possibilities ahead. Though many are judged by their background, rejected by their peers, or overlooked for who they are, God sees their potential and who they can become. Allow Him to place young people in your path so you can help position the next generation for greatness! Investing in the future is key to leaving a lasting legacy!

This breakout session explores traditional views of church leadership, which have often centered on men as pastors and congregational leaders. Yet God is opening doors for women to step into senior leadership and pastoral roles. Long-held traditions are giving way to a new movement of women being called to lead churches in our communities and beyond. As a faith community, we must align our thinking with God’s Word rather than personal beliefs. God cannot pour new wine into old wineskins, so our mindset must change to make room for broader transformation in the church. Our gifts will make room for us!

AFTERNOON SESSION

This session explores why soul care is imperative for women who are leading, building, serving, and pouring into others. So often, women focus on growing businesses, ministries, careers, and families while neglecting the very thing that sustains it all: their soul. This conversation helps women recognize the signs of burnout, identify unhealed wounds that may be impacting their leadership and relationships, and understand how healing, boundaries, rest, and spiritual wellness are essential to building a healthy and sustainable life.

AFTERNOON SESSION

This breakout session examines the spiritual meaning of dry seasons and the internal and external battles we consistently face. Many women experience seasons of waiting, rejection, denial, struggle, strife, pain, recovery, and regret—we have all been there, and much of it is inflicted from our thirst for justice and righteousness in the world. God’s Word calls us to keep walking in faith and fight the good fight. At the well, God is shaping, molding, and maturing us to become stronger and wiser. Participants will be empowered to break out of emotional, mental, and spiritual prisons!
